Fruit Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    fresh fruit (kiwi, bananas, peaches, strawberries, pineapple, blueberries are good fruits to use)
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Beat in the egg.
    Add the flour, cream of tartar and baking soda.
    Spread in a 13-inch pizza pan (not quite to edge of pan).
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
