Pineapple Icebox Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 small boxes vanilla wafers
1 small Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain juice off pineapple.
Add lemon juice to condensed milk. When thick add pineapple and Cool Whip.
Crush vanilla wafers and line bottom of Pyrex dish with wafers and layer with pineapple mixture, a layer of waters and a layer of pineapple mixture until all used up.
