Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. rice
    2 tsp. rose water
Preparation
    In a pan, mix cornstarch with a little milk, then add the rest of the milk along with the sugar. Bring to a boil.
    Cook the rice.
    Mix these together.
    Add the rose water.
    Serve when it's cold.
