Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 c. fruit cocktail, drained
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Combine the first 6 ingredients.
Add the drained fruit cocktail.
Mix all together.
Pour into an 8-inch square pan, floured.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped nuts on top.
Bake for 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serve with whipped cream.
