Vegetable Stir-Fry(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 slice fresh ginger, peeled
    1 clove garlic, peeled and crushed
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets
    1 c. sliced cauliflower
    1 c. red and green pepper strips
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) frozen pea pods
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Put oil, ginger and garlic into a 2-quart glass casserole. Cook, uncovered 2 minutes on High.
    Add onion, broccoli, cauliflower and pepper to casserole, stir.
    Cover with glass lid or plastic wrap.
    Cook 3 to 4 minutes on High.
    Sprinkle mixture with salt.
    Add pea pods and mushrooms.
    Stir.
    Cook covered for 3 minutes on High.
    Makes 8 servings.
