Kentucky Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour (250 ml)
1 c. cornmeal (250 ml)
1 tsp. soda (5 ml)
1 tsp. baking powder (5 ml)
1/4 tsp. salt (4 ml)
1 1/2 c. milk (375 ml)
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F (180\u00b0C). Mix together ingredients to cake-batter consistency. Pour into greased 8 x 8-inch pan (2-L) or greased muffin tins. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm with margarine.
