Cookie-N-Mint Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. flour
2 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking soda
8 Tbsp. Hershey's cocoa
2 c. salad dressing
2 c. cold water
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Keebler Grasshopper cookies, crushed

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Sift first four ingredients into a mixing bowl.
Add next three ingredients and mix.
Stir in crushed cookies.
Pour into greased and floured cake pan and bake for 40 minutes.
