Beef Macaroni Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. uncooked macaroni
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    24 oz. tomato juice
    2 to 3 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute macaroni and vegetables in hot oil until macaroni turns slightly yellow.
    Add beef and continue until meat browns.
    Drain off excess oil.
    Add tomato juice and seasonings; bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
    Uncover and simmer for several more minutes or until sauce is reduced to desired consistency.
