Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 medium zucchini, sliced
    4 to 5 medium tomatoes, sliced
    1 large Spanish onion, sliced
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. butter
    2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Butter a 9 x 12-inch casserole.
    Put in layers: zucchini, onions, green peppers, tomato, flour, butter and cheeses.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour 10 minutes.
    Uncover and bake 10 more minutes.
