Speedy Orange Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
2 to 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. butter, softened
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
Orange Filling
Preparation

Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large mixing bowl and let stand 5 minutes.
Add 1 cup flour and next 4 ingredients.
Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.
Stir in remaining flour to make a soft dough.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface; knead until smooth (about 2 minutes).
Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Roll dough into a 14 x 7-inch rectangle; spread with 1/2 of Orange Filling, leaving a 1 inch margin on long sides.
Roll jelly roll fashion, starting at long side.
Pinch seam.
Cut into 12 equal slices.
Place cut-side down in greased muffin pans. Cover and let rise in warm place, free from drafts, 30 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 16 to 18 minutes.
Spread remaining Orange Filling over tops of rolls.
Yield:
12 rolls.
