Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced apples
1 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Cream together oil, sugar and eggs.
Add the dry ingredients and vanilla.
Fold in the apples and nuts.
Pour into greased pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Cool.
Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top, or serve with ice cream.
