Easy Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch (level)
5 Tbsp. butter-flavored shortening
5 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
-
Mix dry ingredients; add shortening and blend until crumbly. Add water.
If possible allow to chill or use ice water.
Roll on floured board.
Makes 2 pie crusts.
