Chicken - Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box wild rice (Uncle Ben's), prepared
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 small jar sliced mushrooms and liquid
1 lb. sausage, fried, scrambled and drained
1 whole fryer, cooked, with skin and bone removed and cut in small pieces
2 c. buttered crumbs or croutons
Preparation

Mix sausage, rice, soup and mushrooms.
Put 1/2 of this mixture into buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Top with chicken pieces and then top with remaining rice mixture.
Cover with buttered crumbs or croutons.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until brown.
