Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1.5 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1.5 tsp. salt
    2 garlic pods
    4 dried red peppers
    2 tsp. comino seed
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 can chili beans
Preparation
    Sear meat, onion and garlic until pink disappears in oleo. Add cornmeal and mix well.
    Add 1 quart hot water, salt, pepper, comino seed and chili powder.
    Simmer 1 hour in a large pot.
    Add beans and cook 15 minutes longer.
