Chinese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion
    1 c. celery
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can water
    1 can bean sprouts
    1/2 c. brown rice
    1 small can water chestnuts
    1 can Chinese noodles
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery and brown ground beef.
    Add rest of ingredients except Chinese noodles.
    Turn into 2 1/2-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, covered.
    Remove and cover with Chinese noodles; bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes.
    This can be made a day ahead.
    Also freezes well.
