Easy Apple Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. applesauce (16 oz. Musselman's)
1 1/8 c. sugar
5 tsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly with wooden spoon, about 20 minutes or until desired thickness.
Makes about 1 pint jar.
