Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Key lime juice (regular lime juice can be substituted)
1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (9-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation

Combine egg yolks and condensed milk.
Mix well.
Add lime juice and blend well.
Beat one of the egg whites until firm. Fold into mixture.
Turn into pie shell.
