Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. chopped lettuce
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. water
Preparation

Melt butter in saucepan.
Add onion, lettuce and mushrooms. Saute until onion is transparent.
Add peas and water.
Cook over medium heat, 8 to 10 minutes.
