Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. sharp Kraft Cheddar cheese
    1/2 lb. mild Kraft Cheddar cheese
    3 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, creamed with mixer
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. pecans
    parsley flakes (just to color)
Preparation
    Grate sharp and mild Cheddar cheeses; set at room temperature until soft.
    To cream cheese, add the Tabasco, garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce; mix.
    Combine mild and sharp cheeses with cream cheese mixture; mix well.
    Shape into 2 large balls.
    Crush pecans and parsley flakes; roll cheese balls in this mixture until coated.
