Cocoa Lace Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/3 c. all-purpose flour
    1/4 c. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. butter
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Coat baking sheets; set aside.
    In medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in brown sugar and corn syrup and bring to a boil.
    Stir constantly until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in remaining ingredients until blended. Drop mixture by spoonfuls 3 inches apart on baking sheets.
    Bake 9 minutes or until cookies are spread thin and are deep brown, but still soft.
    Cool 2 minutes on baking sheets.
    Work quickly with spatula, removing cookies to cool completely on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
