Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/4 c. sour milk (put vinegar in bottom of c.)
    1 c. mashed bananas
Preparation
    Mix shortening, eggs, and vanilla together until it is smooth. Add in the salt, baking soda and sour milk. Stir that well. Add flour in one cup at a time mixing after each addition. Mix bananas in. Fill pans about 3/4 full of the dough. Bake 1 hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
