Croatian Povetica Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. soft butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
4 large eggs
1 pt. sour cream (2 c.)
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs one at a time. Sift dry ingredients together and add slowly to the creamed mixture.
Put vanilla in the sour cream and stir it in the rest of the mixture.
Then swirl in the nut mixture.
