Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    1 1/2 tsp. salt (I use 1 tsp.)
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 stalk celery, minced
    1 medium carrot, grated
    1/2 c. cornflakes
    2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Have meat ground twice.
    Combine the beef and pork.
    Season with the salt and pepper.
    Add other ingredients; mix well and shape into a loaf.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 8 servings.
