Non-Fattening Potato Slices - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 unpeeled potato per person
    bowl of cold, salted water
    salt
    paprika
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Cut potato into thin rounds.
    Soak in cold, salted water.
    Spread a layer of potato rounds on a lined baking sheet.
    Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
    Bake without turning for about 1 hour.
    Potatoes will brown and puff and will taste almost like French fries.
