Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 tsp. salt
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except rice and mix thoroughly.
    Pour over rice in a greased casserole dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes until set.
    Sprinkle additional nutmeg on top.
