Czechoslovakian Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    3/4 c. softened butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 egg
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Margaret Schultz' mother was born in a Pennsylvania Dutch community.
    Her ancestors moved from Holland to Germany so the Dutch Pepernoten became Pfeffernuesse in Germany.
    Same recipe, different name.
