Heavenly Ambrosia - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. orange sections with juice
    1 can pineapple chunks, drained (20 oz.)
    1 1/3 c. Baker's Angel Flake coconut
Preparation
    Arrange half of the oranges in bottom of bowl; sprinkle with half of the coconut.
    Add the pineapple; sprinkle with remaining coconut.
    Add remaining oranges.
    Chill.
    Garnish with additional coconut if desired.
