Steak Diane - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 beef Ribeye steaks (1 1/2 in. thick)
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. margarine (divided)
    2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
    1/2 tsp. ground mustard
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1 Tbsp. minced chives
Preparation
    Sprinkle steaks with pepper and salt. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of margarine, stir in onions and mustard. Cook for 1 minute. Add steaks, cook for 3 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Remove to serving plate and keep warm. Add lemon juice, worcestershire sauce and remaining butter to skillet. Cook for 2 minutes. Add parsley and chives. Pour over steaks.
