Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    yellow cake mix, baked as directed on box in 2 layers
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. sugar
    7 oz. coconut
    8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
    Mix together sour cream, sugar and coconut.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Next morning, bake cake.
    Split each layer in half to make 4 layers.
    Beat Cool Whip into coconut mixture.
    Frost layers and refrigerate.
