Overnight Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. orange juice
    3/4 lb. marshmallows, or 48 marshmallows, cut up
    1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. mandarin oranges, drained
    1/2 pt. whipped cream
    1/2 c. ground nuts
Preparation
    Combine beaten eggs, sugar, flour and orange juice.
    Cook until thick and while hot add marshmallows and cream cheese.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add drained pineapple and mandarin oranges.
    When cold, fold in whipped cream.
    Sprinkle ground nuts on top (optional). Let stand overnight.
