Lemon Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. nuts, chopped
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. whipped topping
1 large pkg. lemon instant pudding
3 c. milk
Preparation

Cut margarine into flour.
Stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
Press into 13 x 9-inch dish.
Bake 10 minutes.
Combine cream cheese and sugar.
Beat until fluffy.
Fold in 1 cup topping.
Spread over cooled crust.
Chill.
