Meat Loaf Festiva - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground chuck
    1 c. onions, chopped fine
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/4 c. celery, chopped fine
    2 eggs
    1 c. bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. oatmeal (dry)
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Mix in\tall
    ingredients
    by
    hand, except catsup, in a large bowl.
    Work
    the
    mixture into a large ball.
    Divide the ball into 4\tportions.
    Press
    each portion into a Bundt cake pan.
    Place the
    cake pan on a cookie sheet.
    Bake at 315\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Drain
    any fat every 1/2 hour.
    Cool 15 minutes. Turn the meat loaf onto serving dish.
    Garnish with catsup.
