Broccoli Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. broccoli florets (about 1 1/2 lb. fresh)
    1 small purple onion, thinly sliced in rings
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. pecan pieces
    3/4 c. mayonnaise (reduced-calorie okay)
    1/4 c. sugar (sugar substitute okay)
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
Preparation
    Combine first four ingredients.
    Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar.
    Add mayonnaise mixture to the broccoli mixture.
    Gently stir in oranges.
    Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
    Serves 6.
