Nippy Pork Chop Platter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lean pork chops
    prepared mustard
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. melted fat
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Spread mustard over pork chops.
    Combine flour, salt and pepper in bag.
    Shake chops in bag to coat.
    Then, brown in heavy skillet in melted fat.
    Place chops in baking dish; cover with soup and milk that has been mixed together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
