Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 pkg. dried beef
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
-
Put beef in blender.
Mix half the beef and remaining ingredients.
Let stand in refrigerator until firm.
Shape as desired and roll in 1/2 of dried beef.
Decorate with celery, onions and lettuce, if desired.
