Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. oleo
    3/4 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    4 c. cut rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon with oleo and pat 1/2 of mixture in bottom of pan.
    Spread rhubarb over it.
    Cook until thick
    the water, sugar, vanilla and cornstarch and pour over rhubarb.
    Spread remaining crumb mixture on top.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Cool.
    Top with Cool Whip.
