Bologna Ii - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 lb. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt petre
    1/4 lb. salt
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 1/2 tsp. mace
    1 lb. Tender Quick
    1 1/2 lb. peas
    1 pkg. carrots, diced
    green peppers or celery (optional)
    1 chicken, cooked and cut up fine
Preparation
    Take chicken broth and make gravy to pour over top.
    Mix chicken and
    vegetables
    together.
    Put
    half
    of mixture in greased casserole. Cover with
    1
    1/2 pints toasted bread crumbs. Add the rest of mixture and top
    with
    another
    1 1/2 pints bread crumbs.
    Pour gravy over top. Be sure to have plenty gravy.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 or until done.
