Shrimp And Feta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. large peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
8 oz. fresh pasta (linguine, etc.), cooked, drained and chilled
4 oz. crumbled Feta cheese (1 c.)
herbed vinegar and oil
2 tomatoes, coarsely chopped
pepper to taste
black olives
Preparation

Combine shrimp, Feta cheese, cottage cheese, onions, tomatoes, oregano and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix well.
Add pasta and herbed dressing; toss.
Serve cold.
Serves 8.
