Icing For Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. Crisco shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat milk and flour on medium heat until thick.
    Set aside to cool.
    Cream shortening and sugar until no granulars.
    When milk and flour mixture cools, add to creamed mixture and beat until fluffy; add vanilla.
    Cover yellow cake mix with icing and sprinkle with coconut.
