Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. large elbow macaroni
    1/2 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 small onion
    1 small bell pepper
    4 carrots
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Cook macaroni and drain.
    Chop onion, bell pepper and carrots. Mix all ingredients and chill overnight.
