Ingredients

4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. rice
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Butter baking dish.
Combine all ingredients in dish.
Bake for 3 hours, stirring once during baking.
Add raisins, if desired.
