Rice Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium onions
    1 green pepper
    1 medium bunch celery
    2 c. uncooked rice
    2 soup cans milk
    2 lb. sausage
    3 pkg. Lipton (dry) chicken noodle soup
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Grind or chop celery, onions and pepper.
    Fry sausage and remove from pan.
    Fry chopped vegetables in fat.
    Add meat.
    Cook rice in 5 cups boiling water.
    Simmer 30 minutes.
    Add Lipton soup and cook 7 minutes.
    Add vegetables, meat and canned soup and milk. Pour into 2 shallow baking pans and bake slowly for 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
