Spinach Sausage Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Italian sausage (casing removed)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained and lightly squeezed
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Ricotta cheese
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small clove garlic (put through garlic press) or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    9-inch double pie crust
Preparation
    Brown sausage, breaking up meat with a spoon; drain off fat and cool.
    Lightly beat eggs in a large bowl (save 1 tablespoon of egg to brush on top crust).
    Add cheeses, spices, spinach and sausage, mixing until well combined.
