Port Wine Jello Mold(Double Batch) - cooking recipe

2 (1 lb. 1 oz.) pitted Bing cherries
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin oranges
2 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
1 c. Port wine
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1 large Cool Whip
Preparation

Drain cherries and oranges; reserve juices.
Pour juices into 1-quart measuring cup and add enough water to make 6 cups liquid. Heat juices to boiling over medium heat.
Add jello and stir well. Cool slightly and stir in wine.
Chill until the consistency of unbeaten egg whites.
Fold in fruit and nuts.
Pour into mold. Grease pans with oil.
