Texas Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can white hominy, drained
    1 can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 jalapeno
    1 onion
    1 bell pepper
    2 cloves garlic
    green onion
    tomato
    parsley, cilantro to taste
    8 oz. oil based Italian dressing
Preparation
    Chop and mix all ingredients together.
    Let sit in refrigerator at least 2 hours, better if it sits all night.
    Serve with tortilla or corn chips, also good on warm tortillas or as a taco topping.
