Easy Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 qt. water
    1 head broccoli (1 1/2-inch stems and flowerets)
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Accent
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    8 oz. grated Velveeta
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. half and half
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 c. cold water
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and onion in boiling water for 10 minutes.
    Add salt, Accent, garlic and cheese.
    Stir until cheese melts.
    Add butter, milk and cream; heat to boiling.
    Mix flour and water in jar.
    Shake until smooth.
    Add to soup, stirring until thickened.
