Louise'S Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    1 c. warm water
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 c. scalded milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2/3 c. margarine
    4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    9 to 10 c. sifted plain flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 teaspoons sugar in warm water. Let stand 2 minutes. Add milk, sugar, shortening, salt and eggs.
    Blend in flour until you have a soft dough.
    Knead.
    Turn in greased bowl. Let rise until double.
    Punch down and make hot rolls.
    Let rise again. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven until golden brown.
