Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, sliced and cooked
1 small green pepper, sliced or diced
1 medium/small onion, thinly sliced
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except carrots. Add cooled carrots and mix thoroughly.
Marinate for 2 or 3 days.
When carrots are used up, add more.
Keeps for 4 weeks.
