Mexican Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. milk
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cream-style corn
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. oil
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chopped hot pepper
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, meal, milk, egg, salt, corn and oil. Brown hamburger, onion, cumin and hot pepper.
    Place 2 cups of corn meal mixture in greased, hot iron skillet.
    Sprinkle with 1/2 cup of cheese.
    Place hamburger mixture over this.
    Add rest of cheese and top with rest of corn meal mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
