Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 or 9-inch) baked pastry shell or graham cracker crust
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. lime juice from concentrate
yellow or green food coloring (optional)
whipped cream or whipped topping
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks and sweetened milk and add lime juice.
Add food coloring, if desired.
Pour into prepared pastry shell.
Bake for 30 minutes. Cool. Chill.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish, if desired.
